Ah, the thrill of new construction. There's an excitement and a wonder about it all, don't you think? But there's a problem here. I don't think this project wants to be a new building. I think it wants to be a retro living room suite. Can't you hear it screaming? 'I am a coffee table! I am a tasteless book shelf!'
